Baze Chemical employs an experienced team of Ph. D, M.S., and B.A. chemists to regulate and develop our inventory.  The chemists routinely engage in a multi-step synthesis of materials using a wide variety of processing routes to formulate new products and discover new improvements for our existing products.  For quality assurance, they work closely with our skilled production group to execute a seamless transformation of materials from laboratory to the pilot plant and into full production.

Baze Chemical produces a line of specialty products and other unique application products which are distributed to leading retailers throughout the world. Our capabilities include custom chemical manufacturing and development of innovative and environmentally-safe products. Our chemicals are created using some of the most advanced science technology available, by a team of trained experts in the field of chemical engineering. Our manufacturing plant is situated on a 27 acre spread in Liberty, Texas overlooking the Trinity River. This site includes separate facilities used to develop, manufacture, store and ship our chemicals. We utilize two 21,000 sq. ft. warehouses to store our finished products. One of the warehouses also features our state of the art research and development lab. The other serves as our indoor shipping headquarters featuring a 24 foot interior loading/unloading truck bay to provide maximum protection from the elements. All of our production equipment is located outside of, and parallel to the warehouses. For superior safety and quality control purposes, we monitor our production processes 24 hours a day with a digital instrumentation system located in a separate building on the premises. Our goal is to supply you with a quality product you can rely on, and it all begins with our advanced facilities.
