What is Ethoxylation?
It's a Chemical process that creates surfactants, which are compounds that reduce the surface tension of liquids. The process of ethoxylation involves adding ethylene oxide to alcohol or phenol to produce products.
Baze Chemical will manufacture and Custom Alkoxylate
Our State of the Art Plant currently has 4 reactors capable of Alkoxylating approximately 2 to 4 million pounds a month of custom products. The Alkoxylation plant in Palestine has advanced instrumentation and control systems to guarantee quality of our products, and the safety of our employees. We are now capable of producing our own blends of Emulsion Breakers and Corrosion Inhibitors, keeping Baze Chemical competitive in the industry.
Our Chemical Engineers will be able to experiment and introduce new chemicals and work on improving the lines we already manufacture. Baze Chemical, with the combination of our plant at Liberty and Palestine, has the capability to be self sufficient in producing chemicals for the oil and gas industry, mining industry, and water treatment industries. This also allows us to provide custom chemical manufacturing to all avenues associated and in need of Surfactants and Alkoxylated derivatives.
